What Santa Dropped Off For Us - Or At Least A Portion Of It

Christmas was good to us all this year, and we all got things we wanted in one form or another.

Clint got a nice hoodie with thermal lining (in black, of course)

Mom got the Neverwhere 2 DVD Set, A Lick Of Frost (by Laurell K Hamilton) and a big block of bird food from us

Gideon got his "Big brown kit" that he really really wanted. (He almost didn't get it because when we went back for it they were gone! Thankfully, my uncle picked it up for him. :))

The kit is 200 pieces of crayons, colored pencils, paints, oil pastels, scissors, glue, glitter glue a pencil sharpener and markers.

This is it closed up. You should see the pride on his face when he carries it around!

He's already created some work with it - a lot of which is hanging up at grandma's house... but I got photos of some of it. :P

I got the new Cure CD (LOVE them) and No, Virginia by the Dresden Dolls (another absolute favorite band of mine.) The Dresden Dolls came as an absolute surprise from my uncle. It seems mom told him that I wanted the CD. :D

Other things Gideon got:

Monopoly - Spongebob Squarepants edition. At six years old he's counting out $160 for paying for properties BY HIMSELF without help. Man he's a math whiz... and that's good because Clint and are NOT good with math, lol.

Scrabble Jr - Dora Edition. He liked my cousin's Scrabble game but had a hard time understanding the layout of the tiles, so we thought this was a good idea. Like the Spongebob game, this was from grandma.

Monopoly Town. This is a cute Monopoly for younger kids with a car that drives and talks and you build houses with lego type blocks. This was from us.

Candy Land for the PC - Dora Edition. He begged for this when he saw it. He's been playing a shorter version of it for free on Nick Jr's website. Great fun. :P

A basketball game that hangs on the door knob. He really likes this one from my uncle and cousins. :)

Plus he got various stocking stuffers - books, candies, crayons, cars for  his collection and more.
