I've decided to start a new group. Its called Quiting together. Its basically like a support group for everyone whos trying to quit some kind of bad habit. It could be that your trying to stop smoking, or trying to lose weight ect. Its a place where we can all go and get ideas and tips ect. A place where we can vent when we are having a bad day and all we really want is that cigarette or piece of cake. A place to encourage your friends when they are doing good and motivate them when they feel like giving up. I dont want this to be a post anything group, just things that have to do with quiting your bad habit and your success's ect.
