If you are investing for the wrong reasons, it's like having your ladder leaning against the wrong building. It won't matter how high you climb, you still end up on the wrong building.

My feeling is that many people ARE investing for the right reasons.
My perception is that many people are using a 6-foot ladder to climb a 30-ft wall.
