How Many Books?

I know a lot of people set goals for each new year. Many of my writer and reader friends have made resolutions to read more in the next year. How about you? How many books do you usually read in a year, a month, a week or even a day? How many would you like to read?

I usually read 24 - 36 books in a year. I'll probably do the same this year.
I never make a goal of how many new books I'll read a year, mostly because I have to really like the book to finish it.......
as for re-reads, which make up a majority of my readings.....

I average about 2 books a month total.....
but I might only read 4 or 5 newly written books a year........ 24 or 25 books a year total.......

I probably read 2 or 3 books a week, depending on what else I have going on.

In 2007, I read more than 50 books, but I haven't had that much free reading time lately. In 2008, I only read, perhaps, 20 books. I don't know how many I'll read this year, but I'd sure appreciate it if people were reading MY book.

2-3 a week.
With my Kindle I tend to read much faster than I do a regular book. I think I should be able to read 100 in the course of the year

I average about 25, but would LOVE to read about oh...700...LOL
