Which set should I give the baby? (photos)

I have been working on and finished two different sets. Now it's crunch time...I'm leaving in the morning for Michigan, and I have to decide which set to give my neice. And yes, I did make all of them....and yes, it took a LOT of time.

This is the Pooh Bear set....

I know these are very up close...sorry about that. What do you think? My other brother and SIL are having a baby in August, so they will probably get the other set, unless I finish the Peter Rabbit set.

It takes months to cross stitch the quilts...they are a lot more difficult than they look, especially since they are stamped. Counted cross stitch, in my opinion, is easier.
Oh, my goodness, they're gorgeous!

I love both of them! I'd say the Eeyore one, though. Pooh is so standard for babies, I'm sure they'll have already gotten quite a bit of it.

These are absolutely fantastic. I love counted cross stitch because I am a control freak. I say. Which parent do you relate to Pooh and which do you relate to Eyore? That is how I would make the choice. Both of your creations are wonderful. If you gave either to my child, I would be thrilled! What lucky babies will receive these treasures.

You are so talented. I don't have the patience to do something like that. Maybe when the kids have grown.. I like the Pooh one best, but both are cute. I just love Pooh.

Honestly, I love them both but the Eeyore set is absolutely gorgeous. Has more colors and I LOVE the colors!!!!

These are really great! You did a great job! I am a huge Pooh fan so I say go with him! I did my sons room in Pooh 14 years ago-I called him Piglet for the longest time!!

Jax, you could always take both sets WRAPPED. Say to you SIL: "Do you see her as Pooh or Eyore?" Tell her that you love the babe and want what is perfect.

Yes Autumn....my other brother and SIL are expecting a baby in August...and these are so much work, that I don't know if I'm going to ever finish a couple of the others I have to do.

You'd want a bigger quilt Phyllis....maybe one a little more...um...mature?

LOL, I made both of these sets also for grandchildren and even while working on them I liked the Eeyore set the best. They are both beautiful, you relaly did a nice job.

I love them both equally. You are talented.
They are both wonderful. Being the baby who is here now is a girl, I would go with Winnie the Pooh, since Eyore has so much blue. Eyore would be good for a baby boy, or a girl.

I have the eeyore quilt sitting on the shelf waiting for me to stitch it. Was suppose to make it for my grandson when he was born and he will be two this week. Both came out really great. They are a lot of work.
