Celebrating New Year's Eve Early!

Gilly was half asleep, but SO excited for the "Party" tonight, that we opted to do our New Year's Eve a bit early. I'm uploading the video now- I had it propped up, so we could do our cheer on video, but early.

Wouldn't you know it, she's wide awake after that. We'll do another one at Midnight either way. ;)

 

Also, for those wondering- monster with a shot or two of blue pucker is good, despite the moss green color the drink turns. Too bad I'm out of Monster now.

I think what needs to happen, is an early count down on either Nickolodean or Disney channel next year, so the kids can see it, and think, "Yay!" ;)

She's starting to get sleepy again. ;)

Happy New Year-- I'm on Central Time, so I have another hour. I miss the days when it was actually more of a challenge for my kids to stay up than it was for me. (They're 16 & 18). I can do it...

I'll have to check that out. I had some major sinus problems yesterday and was falling asleep! I hung in till midnight, we had a glass of champagne, and then I went to bed. LOL So much for new year's.

We did our toast and everything at 11:00 our time, when the ball dropped. We're in central time zone, but we didn't think Elliott would make it that long. He was in our bed, but still awake when it hit midnight in our time zone, and went to his own bed right after that.
