My wedding picture

We were married in the courts

He had a Judge that was a friend, who married us.

We were in her chambers and she decorated it and made it so nice for us.

He was so excited to be getting married

It was a simple wedding and one filled with love

I miss him so much

He died 12/4/94

and  the hole is still there

1994 was not a good year for me either. I lost my son's grandfather, my life was altered in other negative ways, and it just takes forever to get back to normal, and sometimes you don't. But you can be sure that he is in a better place, and he is happy. Be glad for him.

You never know when his presence will show up when you need a comforting sign or gentle touch. For example my grandfather it is butterflys or a comforting dream that I have about my beloved cat who passed in 06.

It is so difficult to lose someone so close. 16 years ago (New Year's Eve) I lost my husband to a long battle of brain damage and multi-system failure. Although I will never forgethim and the love we had, it has gotten easier over the years.
