I got into American Idol, Last Comic Standing, Hell's Kitchen, So You Think You Can Dance, America's Got Talent...shows that at least attempted to provide a little entertainment.
I really don't watch television. The one "reality" show that I really did like was Project Runway, but I don't get to see it anymore because Bravo isn't part of the package here.
I used to watch Hell's kitchen, but it got annoying... I like America's Next Top Model, and.... Stylista. I used to LOVE Road Rules and The real world - then they got really overboard....
gosh I love the reality shows....Big Brother, Survivor, Bachelor and ette, Biggest loser, American Idol, Amazing race, mommas boy, so you think you can dance...I know I am forgetting some!
Biggest Loser...the rest have kinda drowned themselves in "ultra-reality" scripts, seems like. I do also watch Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (when I remember that it's on) and have begun catching snippets of "Mama's Boys" when I'm busy doing something else (why is the TV on at that time? I don't know) but there's just not that much being broadcast that I "absolutely positively have to be home to watch".
No offense, really. But, I think reality shows are horrible. I watch tv, but there are far to many reality shows and I don't find them real at all. Just my opinion
Big Brother, American Idol, Survivor, Amazing Race for sure, I like America's got Talent but it always comes on at the same time another favorite show comes on and I miss most of the shows.
My favorite reality shows usually aren't ones that have competition. For instance I love Dirty Jobs on The Discovery Channel, as well as Deadliest Catch. But there are some reality shows that are competitions that I do enjoy. Project Runway and Dancing with the Stars are my favorite of that kind.
Documenteries mainly, however there is something alluring, even if they are fake ie set up about reality tv. Ashamed to say I get in the mood for wife swap and that nanny 911 (I wished it was around when my boys were little). When my guy gets home from work though, the tv changes asap.
Oh if A & E, the discovery channel, OPB, animal planet, national geographic etc. are called reality tv, then this changes everything lol, watch those channels a lot !
I like American Idol, So you think you can dance, America's got talent, America's next top model, Hells Kitchen, Shear Genius, and i'm sure i missed a few. I also love the reality shows on VH1 which are probably scripted but very entertaining.

i dont like them because most of them arent even reality, they're staged out. But biggest looser has a great meaning, because the people are actually helped.

I liked watching project Runway. I like Gene Simmons Family Jewels, too, but mostly I watch news commentary.
