Today, I'm going to show you a quick video of a body weight workout you can do anywhere.
You can take it on the road and do it in your hotel room or right at home if you can't make it to the gym. It's the perfect quick fix to lack of time or no gym access.
Also, I put a 2nd body weight workout up on www.TheDailySkinny.com that you can do right after you finish the exercise in this video. It just depends on how much time you have. Either way you'll only need 10 minutes if you follow the example I give you.
