The past twenty years of our South America policy has been a disaster!!!!!We have totally alienated US from South America and Cuba. We need to send a special envoy with the goal of literally getting a tunnel from Cuba to USA where trains and trucks and cars can go back and forth. We need to have trade with Cuba.The envoy needs to speak Spanish!!!! An envoy to Mexico and one to South America will get better relations and destroy drug cartel terrorist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!State Department people who supported past failures need to be fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What are your thoughts and what you think?
