it's my homework, Sandra... i'm writing a musical - a campy moral horror on the order of Sweeney Todd .... and I think the blue looked nicer too, Kelly ...but it is not SUPPOSED to look NICE... it's supposed to look like it belongs with a campy moral horror about organ theft :)

I like the blue better and don't care if it isn't supposed to look nice. You are making some really nice headway with it.

Have you quit itching yet? Just buy Ross another nice pair of chop sticks. Is there no place to buy regular chop sticks? We could get them for 50 cents a set when we lived in Hawaii. Of course, the more ornate ones and lacquered ones were more expensive. Maybe there is a Chinese store somewhere around. Or, next time you eat Chinese, ask them if you can buy a set to take home. They'd probably sell them to you.

So are you humming Christmas tunes or Grinching? We watched Bells of St. Mary's today while we were doing some things and then tonight another Christmas show with Dixie Carter in it. I know who she is but forgot the name of the movie. Much more of this and Geronimo may turn into a marshmallow. I think as long as he is working on a project he can take it. I don't think he could just sit and watch them with nothing else to do, but he is sweet to spend that time with me and act like it is enjoyable.

Well, when I click on the blue, the red comes up. So, from the smaller size...the red does look like blood, but the blue looks dark and kinda inky.

I suppose I could try the current configuration with the blue... but the red is more 'campy horror' ...and I already wrote about it in my essay and i don't want to rewrite that part when i still have PUH-LENTY left to do

Honestly, I can't stand anything done in the comic sans font. Not quite sure why, but I dislike it. I guess I'm not the only one: Not Funny: Fighting the Good Fight Against a Very Bad Font.

while I also liked the blue better the red does make it's point. love the web page it looks good and you have made a lot of progress

Flit, I absolutely love the concept and the music choices you made are perfect!!

Minor correction: you misspelled "received" on the page with the red background. Also, I agree with Aniko -- a swirl of red into the blue would imply blood running out into the water.

it would, Danielle...but now you're WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY beyond my graphics ability .... because the background has to be able to repeat it would have to be done right... so that it was continuous... and that just isn't in the realm of my skills

I could, however, try a plain coloured background behind the main text so that the red sea would only be around that ... not everywhere

but I have GOT to finish a 10 - 15 page paper about the whole thing first .... can't get caught up in the graphics stuff the way i did yesterday

You didn't have to change the font just because I didn't like it, but I do think it looks better without it, particularly for an academic project.

I think it looks cleaner this way, Janna .... although I do like the font... it looks better now
