It Is Nice To Be Home.

I must admit that it's nice to be home. I began my morning in a quiet way since most people were asleep. In the early morning, my mom came down with our dog, Sarah, and we went for a nice mile-long walk. Afterwards, I went and raked up leaves in the front yard only to be joined by my father. We're going to head down the hill and do a little more yard work. It should be some good exercise. Unfortunately, I know my allergies will act up. Even so, it is nice to be home.

To Whom It May concern seems a bit formal, so I'll just say to my Gather friends, Happy Holidays. I have had so many chores and things to do that it has been tough to find time to comment. I love to write and I try to set aside at minimum 2 hours a day just to write whatever. My thought is always of you, my audience. You are an inspiration and I try to be entertaining. I read all of your comments. I should respond more. I appreciate good or bad reviews. All I take as a positive. Please oh please give me 10 stars!!! My goodness, I feel like I'm in First grade. I could give a good squat about the stars. Well, it has become just impossible to reciprocate in a timely manner, so I'm just putting this in your comments as a way to say one word. Thanks.

Glad to hear you made it home safely! Wow, with all the snow, it is so funny to read where you're raking leaves in the yard!!!! What drastic temperature changes, eh?!!!!!! It sounds, though, like you're really enjoying it! Hope you can get lots of rest!

So glad you are home for the holidays. How nice of you to rake the leaves for your parents. My son is home for Christmas, he came from L.A. with warm temps to Michigan with cold and lots of snow. He also went out and helped his Dad but it was with the shoveling of lots of snow. Have a great holiday!

Isn't home California? Allergies?

I had terrible hay fever in Michigan, but it disappeared as soon as I moved to California. Now I'm back in Michigan and waiting for hay fever's reappearance.

Going to California is great because you gain three hours, but it's no fun losing three hours when you get back to Michigan.
