I sometimes have difficulty sleeping. On a recent trip to Vitamin World I picked up a bottle (actually it was a twin pack for 5.00) an excellent price.of Nature's Bounty Melatonin 3 mg. I like Melatonin but prefer to take the 5 mg pills.For those of you who aren't familiar with Melatonin it is a naturally occuring substance inthe body. We tend to produce less Melatonin as we get older leading to difficulties withsleep. I think this particular product is very effective with getting a restful night's sleep. I would recommend this product to those who have difficulty getting that restful sleep. It can be found at Vitamin World or almost any drugstore. I think all brands of Melatonin are equally effective.
