We bought a house today!

The day after Thanksgiving we saw a house for sale that we liked. It was a short sale and we put in an offer.

I got a call today and the bank accepted the offer! Woo hoo! We bought a house! They want to close escrow December 24, 2008.  Yikes, doesn't give me much time!

We have been wanting to move to Riverside, CA, which is about 30 miles from where we currently live. My mom is 88 and lives in an assisted living in Riverside and I want to be closer to her so I can visit daily.

The house is 4 bedroom, 2 bath and is 2,305 square feet.

Exciting news for us!

That is awesome....Congrats to you...I use to live in Riverside, CA and also over in Lake Matthew's area in La Sierra...Actually I've lived all over the Inland Empire :) My best friend lives in Rialto and my brother lives in Grand Terrace :)
