Morning hike

My husband and I just returned from our morning hike in South Mountain Park in Phoenix. We hiked for about an hour and a half, it was so quiet and peaceful, didn't see hardly anyone else on the trail. 

We have had rain off and on for the past three days in Phoenix and it cleared out the smog and pollution. It was such a great day for a hike, temperature in the low 50's, sunny, and clear as could be. You could literally see for miles.

Sounds like you two had a nice yike. Good to hear you got rain, the air gets dry when it doesn't rain. I'd like to see snow here.

Sounds wonderful, 50 degrees sounds wonderful, today is the warmest it has been here, and it like 22 and sunny, but we are suppossed to get a snow storm in a few hours.

South Mountain's a great park to go hiking in. And the view and night, from up top, is spectacular!

Really temps in the low 50s???? Wow! I bet you're loving that! My friends were in from Vegas. They are thinking of moving to Phoenix after Lake Meade dries up!

This sounds so nice. We are snow and ice bound here in the Midwest, and I would give anything for a hike in clear, dry, and relatively mild weather. Enjoy the special place you live!
