13 degrees actually feels warm! It's been sooooo cold here lately, and right now when I went for lunch, it's 13 degrees outside. It actually feels warm outside. I guess temperatures are all relative, huh?
Oh my. I'd never leave the house. It was 40 something here earlier, and I near froze going to the grocery store(I admit that I am a wimp when it comes to cold though)
It's funny as the seasons change you think brrrr, it's going into the 40s tonight as fall comes around, yet when it's in the 40s in the spring, we're peeling off layers and going out in tshirts! lol
