It is beginning to look and feel like Christmas. I know everyone is having a hard time this year with the economy looking bleaker each day. I also know that we do have a lot to be thankful for in our lives. Often we forget the blessings we have until it is too late. Depression is real and at this time of year it hits so many of those we care about. I hope you will find the time in your hectic schedule to make someone know they are loved and they are important. It only takes a few seconds and both you and they will feel so much more happiness. I do hope you enjoy the holiday season with those you care about. Wishing you and your a very Merry Christmas from our home to yours.
As you can imagine, everyone is busy with Christmas in their own homes so there were very few contests to be found. I looked high and low but this is all I came up with. I hope you find something in this edition of Today On Gather that will be of interest to you.

Secret Santa Update: Making the Holidays Brighter
Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas to all those in the Gather community! It is not too late to donate your points to the Secret Santa here on Gather. If you would like to help make another Gather members family have just a bit happier Christmas this year you can still make that possible.
Since announcing the Secret Santa program last Monday (12/8):
100 Gather members and employees have donated more than $1,000 to the Secret Santa program. Gather will match donations up to $2,000.
126 members have sent Santa a private note, nominating a fellow member in need.
Five members have received a "visit" from Santa, which includes a $250 PayPalTM payment or a $250 Visa® gift card.
Gather's Secret Santa hopes to visit at least one deserving Gather member each day through Christmas Eve.

Answer: You need to switch back to points to make the donation. To do that, you should contact Gather Support by using the "contact member support" form located by clicking Help link in the top, right-hand corner of each page. You could also leave a message for the Support team by commenting on the daily help article. You can do that by visiting help.gather.com
