It's cold and rainy here in southern California. We hardly ever get rain at all, much less a lot of it all at once. Of course, it will only last a few hours and then won't rain in a very long time, probably.

The day before we got all this rain, I actually saw a woman watering her plants. I felt like telling her not to waste her water as it is going to rain hard, soon. But, it was none of my business, so I didn't.
