I just thought that this visit would be a bit historic. It's the first time that warships from Russia have visited Cuba. Other than that, it's just another step in Russia's attempt to build stronger to ties to Latin America. Which, from what I understand, is in vain, as most LA countries want nothing to do with any dominant power force interfering in their region. Nothing, too major though, just thought some might enjoy the article.
