Over the weekend, George W. Bush went to Iraq and Afghanistan, presumably to tell everyone what a great guy he is. One Iraqi journalist disagreed, and threw his shoes at Mr. Bush. Freedom of speech is alive and well!
If you would like to throw a shoe at Mr. Bush, please do so in the comments. You must give a reason for throwing a shoe. In keeping with fairness, you may also remove a shoe from the pile, as long as you cite a good deed by Mr. Bush in doing so.

Actually, we may need to remove one shoe from the pile if Bush helps bail out the auto industry without breaking the unions. But, one shoe out of the big pile we are making isn't going to help him much.
BTW, I am moving to the middle east, where I am going to join a carnival. I will be setting up a concession booth where there will be a bunch of cupie dolls with Bush's pictures on them. Along the counter will be boxes of camel dung with the heels of the shoes sitting in them. The toes, of course, will be sticking out of the box so that they will remain clean and you can toss them without getting dung on yourself. I should make millions!

Fair enough and the same thing for me too...umm...unless he ALSO turns into a vile, anti-American corrupt, blood-sucking tick feasting off future generations and taking blood and money to quench a seemingly endless need to fulfill his petty selfish and extremely greedy desires. I would like to remove another one for that video he made with his dog in the white house, though one could argue this should fall under the first shoe reason.
Though there are many reasons I could come up with to throw shoes, I won't because I don't like to dwell on negatives, judge people, or condone violence of any kind. (even if it's hilarious)
