Feeling pregnant today!

After not feeling too sick and beginning to worry, I am happy to report I am feeling super pregnant today!  All weekend I had heartburn, a daily symptom during my pregnancy with Sam, and smell-induced sickness.  I'm not complaining--this is what I was waiting for.  :)

So, I'm sitting here at work, Tums by my side, eager to go to my first doctor's appointment next month and see this little guy or girl.  We don't want to know what we're having, but I can't wait to see that strong little heartbeat.

Oh what a flashback you just gave me.. lol Especially the smell induced sickness. With my first child, Dawn. I worked the kitchen at the local hospital during the breakfast an lunch.. Oh my gosh, those 5 a.m. eggs !! ewww I would go running to the restroom..

I am so glad you are sick.. lol ;-) Congratulatons~ Blessings and best wishes for you and you lil Angel..

Feeling sick is a good thing....means the baby is growing. I love pregnant women (not sure how I feel about the pregnant --twice--man.).

I too know all about the smell-induced nausea. I can see why it might be reassuring, but I still hope it doesn't get too bad.

I have 5 kids and was sick with everyone of them so i know what you mean when you say you are worried i felt like if i wasnt sick something bad would happen.congrats

The first signs of sickness sure are a relief! I hope they soon pass though! The smell induced sickness is the worst... I did not go grocery shopping until I was five months pregnant with my son because every aisle had a different nasty smell! Your body sure does odd things when your pg! What a miracle!

Congrats!!!

Strangely enough, I am really looking forward to all of that stuff. Right now I have the tiredness and early waking and all the meat cravings. My first trimester is usally pretty simple - 2nd and 3rd I had horrible heart burn. I hope I don't get it this time, but either way...it is a sign of pregnancy :)
