EASY CHEESE BALL

1 C. shredded Chedder cheese

1oz. blue cheese

1/4 tsp. pepper

2-3 oz. pkgs. cream cheese

1 1/2 tsp. dill weed

In food processor combine cheeses. Process until well blended. Chill

until firm. Shape into ball and roll in chopped walnuts.

I've never bought blue cheese- for that, is it like blue cheese dressing, or actual blue cheese? I don't know if I've ever seen it for sale, but then, I've also never looked for it.
