COOK:
2-10 oz. pks. chopped frozen spinach, drain well.
ADD:
2 C. seasoned commercial stuffing mix
1 C. grated Parmesan cheese
6 well beaten eggs
3/4 C. softened butter
Form into balls the size of a walnut. Freeze. Place on a cookie sheet
and bake at 350 for about 10 to 15 minutes. Will keep frozen for 30 days.
A great appetizer.
