LO-CAL SHAKE 'N BAKE

1/3 C. dry milk powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. paprika

1 1/4 tsp. celery salt

1/4 tsp. dry mustard

1 tsp. chicken bouillon powder

Blend together throughly. Use to coat chicken or fish to be baked.

Chicken should be skinned.

sounds good to me, except I'd leave out some of that salt. I try to go low salt, it's bad for high blood pressure

I've made stuff like this before - it's really good! A little tweaking to your particular palate, and you'll never go back to regular shake and bake!
