So, the retail shops where I work are having a big employee sale to get rid of inventory. Yesterday, I bought a Mossy Oak apron for my husband for $5. Today, I walk in and they have everything 50% off...

- a personalized ink pen for Morgan (still sealed in the box)
- a Spa cookbook & cd set for my mom ("Menus and Music", still sealed in plastic)
- a set of wrought-iron bear bookends for me
- 4 candy bars for stockings
- "S*#t Happens" book (for my husband, stories of people having worse days than you)
- "BBQ USA" cookbook for my husband, 425 fiery recipes from all across America
- a political magnet for my husband's stocking
And my grand total?

Yes! This is why I never pay full retail :) The Spa cookbook alone was marked $35.95 originally. I paid $2.50. Same with the BBQ book. It was marked $25.95, and I paid $2.50. What great savings.
