I have a Barbie, still in the box, that I found years ago at a grocery store. She is wearing a denim mini skirt, a crocheted halter top, and has a butterfly tattooed on her stomach. I call her "Trailer Park Barbie." After the "c*ck ring Ken" doll of the eighties, Barbie can get away with anything.
Rae- there is no spicing it up with Ken. He is her gay friend and it's about time he came out.
I think if I looked as good as Barbie does at Barbie's age I might dress a little mre revealing! LOL!
Seriously though in this day and age shouldn't Barbie and all of her friends at Mattel be focusing on all the great things Barbie (and little girls) can be besides a Tr@*p? She should come with a college education, strong morals, and a career!
I cannot wait until next year and see what Mattel comes out for Barbie! At this rate I am sure that she will have a meth lab, instead of a Dream House or if they stay with this line, maybe a S&M Room with whips and crops.
Time to stop buy toys from Mattel........Sorry I forgot I did that when they went overseas!
wow... see this is why ,y daughter will NEVER get a barbie, i had one, but always thought she was weird, i wish there was a more realistic, nicely dressed doll our children can play with
I think it suppose to be a collecters item.Its a comic book superhero.I like her look though.Not something I would buy my daughter.But its good for collectors.

I thought Barbie dumped Ken for a surfer dude a couple years ago- Mattel put out an announcement that they were going their seperate ways. Did Ken even have a job or a car? It seemed to be all Barbie's stuff :)
haha,I don't mind it at all for collectors that is,and if someone buys that for their kid thats their own prerogative,everyone has a choice to buy or not buy,so I think nothing wrong of it,
