The Night Before Christmas at Pittock Mansion - 3

My Mum couldn't possibly have managed the stairs, but Pittock Mansion's fully equipped with the original elevator, built because the owners of long ago had need of it.

Upstairs there were bedrooms,

each with incredible views,

and bathrooms

with showers (and Christmas decorations?),

a lovely keyboard,

and a sewing room with a sewing machine just like the one I used to play with at my Gran's house in England. (No, this isn't my Gran.)

That stairway is gorgeous!

I certainly never thought of hanging Christmas decorations in my bathroom! Not too practical if you are still USING IT!

Are you enjoying all of your snow? Sounds like you got all of it that we were supposed to get. I'll gladly trade you these bitterly cold temps for a little snow.
