HARARE, Zimbabwe (CNN) -- The Zimbabwean government has declared a national emergency in the face of a cholera outbreak that has killed more than 560 people, the state-owned newspaper The Herald said Thursday.
Cholera is a disease that tends to spread until you do something to stop it. Zimbabwe is a failed state run by a crazy man in his eighties, Robert Mugabe, who lost an election a while back but refused to leave his palace. The health system in Zimbabwe literally does not exist anymore.
Many thousands in Zimbabwe have gotten cholera from drinking unclean water. It is likely to spread to tens of thousands, then hundreds of thousands. The people of Zimbabwe were starving before the cholera outbreak, so they are not in a physical condition to withstand it.
The only solution to this disaster is to remove the obstacle to dealing with the cholera outbreak, Robert Mugabe. For more on that topic, read the recent article here on gather written by Savo Helveto.

Many leaders around the world have called, and are calling for Mugabe's removal. Desmond Tutu has suggested that he must leave office or be indicted from the Hague.
Such a beautiful country .... such a waste.
Mugabe and his regime don't care about the people. The entire population can die from cholera or starvation and they won't care. They still think they are protecting the "liberation struggle" by all means.
