Well I accomplished a big part of the task...

I got 50 Christmas cards out today.  I still have relatives and close friends that need some more lovin', so it takes a little more time to get these cards out.  You know...  The kind that you share "kissy faces" with every year?  I left those for last.  Again...  Like I said.  It will take a little more lovin' with these folks.

Who knows...  As I get to know more of my Gather friends on a deeper level.  Next year...maybe we can share "kissy faces" too!  LOL

Also...I will still have the few I get and don't have an address, so will have to wait until I get theirs before I can send mine out...kind of thing.  I like those too!  The element of surprise is always fun!

I still can't believe that even with all those cards sent out.  I still have about 100 stamps left.  I will have to go to the post office to get some more 5 cent and 1 cent stamps to make up for the 42 cents we have to pay.

Gosh!  I remember when stamps were only 5 cents and now they're 42 cents.  Inflation has gone up tremendously in the "baby boomer" generation!

Well...I want to get crackin' on some of these others.  I will pop in and do my daily honor post soon.  I just haven't picked anyone out today.  I haven't had time to think about it, if you want to know the truth.

I need to also catch up on some of the lovin' y'all have been giving me too!  Love you bunches!!!

Update: I just got another address here on Gather and so now it's 51!  LOL

Well you are way ahead of me! I just ordered stamps online since they took out the stamp machine where I work. Why is there never enough time???

Wow, I am VERY impressed! 50 cards done and out already? You've got me beat....LOL! I think I have 20 but am working hard again today on cards..........some I type letters on Christmas stationery that I make on the Internet and then put a Christmas photo in with.....those take more time (and love, like you said!) so wait on those....boy, it sure gets to be a chore, though, eh? But, one that I love and it's always been a tradition in my family......I have 7 boxes of beautiful Christian Christmas cards (also have one box that is non-Christian) that I got last year after Christmas!
Remember, don't stress over them....LOL!!!

Wow, that's pretty impressive and I'm quite jealous!! :-) I just did four cards that I want to get in the mail today. That sentence makes it sound like I did lots more and just did these four additional, doesn't it? heehee Nope, that's four cards in total for me!

That is a lot of cards to send out. I am so lazy, I wait till someone sends me one, then I send them one back out the same day, using the address from the envelope they sent their card in.
