Our costumes and dance steps are influenced by the ethnicities and cultures of the Middle East as well as the Rom peoples of India and Europe. Though not a specific ethnic dance, Tribal Style bellydance is a powerful blend of improvisation and inspiration while engaging in group dances to celebrate the joy of music, the cycles of life and feminine strength and beauty. We enhance our shows with audience participation and the use of props, such as swords, baskets, veils and fire.
Tribal Fusion Bellydance is a magnetic mix of Middle Eastern dance with other cultural styles such as Indian and Spanish dance, fused with Modern dance and Jazz influences. Our Tribal Fusion performances are cutting edge and exciting, including elements of fantasy and theatrical accents that provide a sumptious feast for the eyes, ears, and soul.
Red Moon Tribe has been performing in Missouri, Arkansas, and Kansas since 2004. We have performed at renaissance faires, cultural festivals, art and community fairs, fundraisers, restaurants, nightclubs, private functions and many other venues. Our varied repertoire enables us to design performances to suit virtually any occasion or entertainment need.
