How's your Sunday afternoon going??

We were under a tornado warning and got a lot of rain and its pretty nasty out but still warm!  I wrapped most of my gifts and even made a Christmas gift!  I'm so ahead of the game which I like to do when I have a lot of time off like I did for Thanskgiving so I can enjoy the season without feeling like I am rushed!

And Miami is still winning so its a good Sunday for me!  Hope it is for you as well!!

I was trying to get decorations out and to put up the tree, but the hubby took two of the kids to the Bengals game in the rain when my brother gave him tickets. (Yes, we continue to hold out hope). I got some laundry done and now am getting ready to hit Starbucks and take my youngest to his soccer game. The Starbucks is a reward for him deciding that he should go to his soccer game even though he was DYING to go to the football game. Hopefully tonight the tree will get up and maybe I will wrap a little.

Stay safe and dry. You should be very proud of all you got done.

We finished decorating the tree this morning. Had brunch, have done 2 loads of laundry, and have been doing some dusting.

Daughter just left to go back to College *sniff*.

Now I will drag out the vac and have Hubby help me finish up with that and the dusting so I can get more Christmas decor. out and then get those totes put away.

I'm just chilling this afternoon. After the long trip home from KS yesterday it is nice to just enjoy the peace and quiet. Have been talking to relatives and friends on the phone that I did not see over the Thanksgiving holiday. It is still snowing here, but is warm enough that it isn't sticking and much of what we had last night has melted.

I'm working this afternoon and the weather map looks awful!! storms and rain up the entire eastern seaboard and snow in the middle of the country....it's all moving circular too, making a big circle over Indianapolis, almost like a hurricane eye. wow.

i just posted on my sunday so far. my plans was to take the family and cut down a christmas tree. then come home and decerate. however on the way there my car breaks down in the rain. we've all made it home now but my car is still in a parking lot that i barely made it to befoe my car just completly stopped. uhhh. so it could be better.

You are such a good little doobie wrapping your presents already!! I put the tree up and decorated it today. No working outside. It is raining and almost ready to freeze over. No freezing rain yet...but they say it's suppose to.

It's still early afternoon, but I think it will go fine. I got a football game to watch, then I might decorate my home or work on a piece of artwork. I'll probably do that when the game is on.

Its been a good afternoon...but cold and rainy here. The Carolina Panthers just beat Green Bay AT Green Bay, so that was a sweet victory as well...:) Now I'm going to start dinner and put up a few of my Christmas decorations..

I'm helping Katie, my 14 year-old, with algebra homework and giving photography lessons, too.
It has been a bit busy for me today.
We went to church, then my daughter had piano lessons & then we did our grocery shopping.
Meanwhile it is raining & we even had some sleet coming down this morning. Not sure if it is going to change over to snow or not - as it is very close to the freezing mark.

Long and not getting any better. The little one is running a fever of 102.5 so we all suffer
