This is one of my stained recipe cards. I'll write the recipe that way it's supposed to be and then I'll put my variations below it.
Sesame Chicken - Yield 4 servings
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. water
3 T. toasted sesame seeds
1 garlic clove, minced
4 bone-in chicken breast halves
In large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 5 ingredients; add chicken. Seal bag and refrigerate overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Grill chicken skin side down, uncovered, over medium heat for 15 minutes. Turn; grill 15 - 20 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear.
Carol's variation - use boneless skinless breasts. Remember that you might have to reduce the grilling time for the substitution.
Enjoy!!!

Be careful, the brown sugar in the marinade does cause the seeds to carmelize on the grill.
