Last Saturday, I spent the morning volunteering with my wife at the Cape Wildlife Center's first-ever Holiday Bazaar. The Center treats, rehabilitates, and releases injured wildlife. My wife, Gynn, volunteers there.
There was a yard sale area set up in a barn outside. In the Center's main building were tables with crafts and holiday decorations for sale.

There was a raffle, a room with animal-themed books for sale, and this "adopt-a-plushie" table:

In the kitchen was a bake sale with lots of goodies.

Gynn and I contributed a set of holiday cards with some of her artwork on them, as well as some of our minicomics.

Here are some closeups of the card images.
Downy woodpeckers:

House sparrows:

Black-capped chickadees:

And northern cardinals:

Gynn also did some crafts for the event. She put together the bunny parts for these ornaments:

Here's a picture of Gynn at the bazaar, holding up one of her ornaments (the reindeer antlers were the designated staff garb for the event):

We had a steady traffic of visitors to the event, and sold lots of great holiday items in support of a good cause.
