Mumbai- Once and commonly known as Bombay

The news story takes our mind away from realities.
I once read of the famous slums of Bombay.
It is no wonder that it hasn't become an overwhelming issue.
The grand hotels and opulance and then the abject squaller.
The arrogance of those that have and the ones that do not.
The USA was created in the image of Las Vegas.
Everyone and anyone can play the game of chance and can become the next winner.
A question of do you feel worthy seems to justify a state of mind completely out of balance.
What has been so obvious is now been reacted to.
If you are starving and you see most of the people representing you acting as if they are the chosen ones.
Would you not become bitter and risk everything to make a statement to your existance.
The voices of the masses that do not belong to the chosen club.
No one can answer the simplest question that I have found in life and that truly is Why are we here?
Looking as if being thrust as a stranger in a strange land -I can surmise only basic things.
One, We are all here at the same moment of now.
Two, Just like the seasons of the earth we shall go forth and then pass away.
Three, if I choose to look at the abundance offered to all of us, it makes me sad to see people that take without giving back.
We are all here together in our Fathers house- a waiting room actually and someday we shall be called.
Our economy is in crisis and we have reached a point in our evolution that demands our attention.
If we do not address the flagrant waste and inconsideration's- we will surely perish.
I want to stand with my fellow men on the day when we have exhausted all our potential and then explain to whatever it is that created us, how well we did when we were here- playing the game of life.
Yes there will always be errors and terrors and thoughts left unsaid, but it had to be published so that my thoughts could be saved & recorded.
