I wanted to take a moment to wish everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving tomoorrow, for those who are in the US or celebrate it! I'm getting ready to start baking- I need to bake pumpkin bread, and I promised the kids they could make some cookies today. I have extra sugar cookie dough, so we might as well use it!
Gather just hosted an informative chat with Butterball's help, giving people guidance in preparing their Turkey's for tomorrow, and I won a free turkey during it! I'm excited, this will be for Christmas dinner for us. I was just saying the other day I thought this year I might do a small turkey as well as a small ham for Christmas. Traditionally, we have ham for Christmas, but with left overs I know will get eaten, why not do a smaller ham, and a small turkey?

I just found out that even though I thought that we weren't having a dinner, we are going to have his daughters here. I should be scrambling around, but I still don't feel up to it. EEKK!
