Finally Getting Some Rain!

We are finally getting some rain here in the land of the legal brothel. We are supposed to get about a quarter inch, which should take most of the day.
That means I am going to have to drag wet Christmas trees through the TV station, as I am doing an eight minute segment on living Christmas trees today.
My windshield wipers do not work, but lucky for me Pahrump is a small town. If I go about 50 mph the glass stays clear enough to navigate. Unfortunately, the speed limit is 35 mph.

think it's time to buy some new wipers!
it rained here in Boston the past 3 days and today is really cold & windy

Awww, the blades are fine. it is an electrical problem. When ya live where it hardly rains, it is not your # 1 priority.

Goggles provide the same problem. Still need the wipers...
