I saw the parents on another video; they didn't prompt Charlie to bite Harry. They were taking video of the boys to put on YouTube so Harry's American godparents could see the boys. Then Charlie, as babies will do, decided to bite Harry- maybe he was teething. Charlie's laugh reminds me of Muttley- the Hanna- Barbera cartoon character. Does anyone remember him? He was a dog that played a sidekick to Dick Dastardly.
