I am taking a banking course at the university that is paid for by my employer. So much of it I was already familiar with, obviously, since I work in banking...but there have been some interesting discussions dealing with recent current events.
However, we have a paper due in one week and I have yet to finish the first paragraph!! I know that once I get started it won't be that hard, but it's finding the motivation to start that I'm having trouble with.
I should be working on that paper right now. Instead I am watching my dog roll around on the floor as she cleans her paws, and I'm singing The Backyardigans theme song silently along with the television. I've helped "fix" potato head about 232 times tonight, my husband is stomping around mad about something that I can't control, and I'm starting to get a terrible headache.
*sigh*
Somehow I find myself on gather to get away from it all, LOL!

I do have a writing job that gives me deadlines, though, so I do understand the stress that comes with trying to get it done when someone is asking you every ten seconds for help with this or that.
I have been going back and forth between the paper and gather, and I've written a couple pages now, so it's starting to flow much easier!
fixing mr. potatoe head-yes, cats rolling around on the carport or my kids rolling around on the floor-yes, my huband agrivated about something-yes, only diffierance is i sing the batman theme song over, and over, and over, and over...........
he's not working but i'll tell billy you have some sort of respect for him (for being a parent in school)... lol....
