Last night, I took more photos of the tree all lit up. Some with just the colored lights, some with both. I love how the tree turned out this year. I really do like having a white tree- the colors all look so vibrant and bright against it, and the lights just glow with it, because of how light everything is in color.
Last year, we did a theme- all red & white lights, and red, white, and silver ornaments. This year, I just went with everything we had, and exchanged the red lights for multi-colored lights. I wasn't sure how I would like clear lights with multi-colored, but I think they look really nice together!

You're tree looks great!
I'm going to stop at Dollar Tree this week and pick up a few random paper things to hang in windows, or from the ceiling or what not. I have garland that we'll drape somewhere yet, too.
I've been pretty impressed- the cats have been pretty much leaving the tree alone!
Gwen- I love that too. I can't believe the difference between a white and green tree in how well everything shows up. The whole corner where the tree is is glowing with light from the tree. I think with a green one, it's dark enough to absorb some of the light, where as the white kind of helps reflect it.
My SIL had a white tree that rotated. I loved it. One year we tried to find pink bulbs to replace her white ones. No luck with that.
I am glad that the kitties are leaving it alone. I will knock on wood for you that it stays that way. I remember when the goat realized that the tree tasted good, ohy, what a mess!
I just looked at the box- it was $29.97 last year, and had 400 lights on it already, so I didn't quite double it, but almost. 700 lights is a lot! But I love how it glows.
Diana, I have some full images of the tree posted, I think. Actually, probably not fully decorated, though. There are some under my photos of the kids while decorating it, and some after it was up with garland on it, but no ornaments yet.

I have a white tree too. I love it. This year it's decorated in red and white.
