Gather Found My Best Friend I Lost

We found each other.  I wrote an article on Gather in off chance I might find her.  Her youngest son wrote me last night and told me he was the son I'd never met.  I knew she had one, but after that we lost each other.

I am so thrilled.  I just wanted to thank Gather and all my friends for helping me find my best friend.  I haven't heard from her in twenty-nine years!

I am SO happy for you!! I've been toying with the idea for a few weeks now of posting an article in the hopes of making contact with someone I knew years ago... Now that you have had success, I just might follow through and post it, since I know how far reaching Gather and its people can be!! I wish you and your friend many happy long conversations of the past and catching up on all the lost years!!

I, myself have searched for a Mike (Micahel) Horn for the longest time to no avail. He was born in Hawaii but we went to elementary/middle school together in Mexico, Maine.
