Did you test the polenta recipes this past week...I'm curious how they turned out.

Ah - good to have all your articles in one place, Sonia! Thank you for that! This is the first year in a zillion that I'm not hosting Thanksgiving - it feels a little strange, but -hey - I don't have to clean!

We are having a very low-key Thanksgiving here, Katrina. Just my son and I.
I think we will be doing cornish hens instead of turkey, though I will miss the leftover turkey for sandwiches!

My menu is still not set in stone, so I will play around with ideas....but it won't be a huge meal!

Suzane, it is a bit labor intensive the way my grandmother made it, but it came out 'silky smooth'. It is delicious!
