i spent most of today on the phone and emailing different departments, and I finally just recieved an email from mypoints letting me know that my account has been reinstated. They apologised for the misunderstanding and I was able to get into my account again tonight! Thank you for letting me vent last night I was so upset and worried because I depend on the sites I am involved in to help my give my kids a christmas. I appreciate all of you here on gather more than you know! thanks again!

I am actually going to my points account today and cashing in my points for some gift cards that my kids are getting for Christmas.
My kids decided that they would love gift cards since they are all a little older now.
I would have been upset, too!
