Obviously, Snapfish is having a hard time coping with all the traffic due to the Oprah promotion. Their website was acting funny this past week, and the credit for the free 8.5X11 book would sometimes show up in my account, sometimes not. I got my book made along with some cards and placed my order. Lo and behold, the credit did NOT take and I paid $40. YIKES! I emailed Snapfish and I'm sure they'll refund the money--but I imagine it's going to take a while due to all of their issues.
Did anyone else place their order?

I am not meaning this in a mean way. I work for Scrapbooks Etc and we have the same program. But we are giving the local scrapstore of your choice a commission from each book. Local scrapbook stores are closing right and left and Scrapbooks Etc is trying to help them stay open and in the digital market with no overhead. Plus you get free shipping if you want to pick up the book at their store. Okay I feel better now, sorry. But I have called 7 stores today and 5 are going to close by the end of the year. It is very sad.
