MPC, the company who bought Gateway's business PC line, has gone bankrupt!

Back in July, I had a Gateway business laptop at work go bad, so I sent it into the new company - MPC Computers - that bought out Gateway's business division a while back. I still haven't gotten the computer back and probably never will.

You should read the following article if you have already done business with Gateway in the past, and should seriously reconsider buying another one in the future. It's a sad sign of the times.

Based on my past experience at a job interview for a Gateway tech support office, I would never buy one of their machines. This just looks bad for them because they sold off a part of their company to another company that tanked in a very short time. I wouldn't be surprised if there are some lawsuits.
