But, according to Macedonian officials, this court case isn't about determining the name, it's to force Greece to follow the guidelines established in the Interim Accord. This has to be one of the most interesting projects in international law out there right now. It deals with one state not being able to use the name it's traditionally maintained because a state next to it has a territory thus named.
