I have been thinking about some of the things I like to do. Some of those are thinking, painting, drawing, singing, reading and writing.
When I was only five and in first grade, our teacher showed us how to draw a monkey on a pole. My older brother was an accomplished artist and I learned a lot from him. I still love to draw and I have learned to paint. When I was five, I was in the church choir, and when I was ten, I was in the school choir. When I was eight, I began writing songs and poetry. I still love to sing and write.
What about you? Is there something you did at the age of four, five or six that you still like to do? Did you begin doing something at the age of eight that you still do?
Share your young joy that still brings joy today.
