Last week I went to the Cheesecake Factory with a group of coworkers. My receipt printed an offer that if I completed a web survey in the next 3 days, I could get a $10 gift card.
I was so excited and logged on. But I kept getting "page cannot be displayed" error and the survey died in the middle. I tried multiple times in the next 2 days, and every time it was the same result.
I sent a feedback to Cheesecake Factory via their website, and so far I have received no response from them at all. I am a little annoyed because I missed out on the great offer, and they aren't responsive. Besides, the meal wasn't that great because the chef used way too much lemon on my Shrimp Scampi.

If they do not get back to you within a week I would contact them again and mention how this is your 2nd attempt to contact them and you cannot belive how bad their customer service is to totally ignore your first message.
Now I want some cheesecake..
