I got a free cd from Amazon

  Someone made a mistake and sent me the wrong cd. I emailed Amazon about it and told then what had happened. The person that sent it emailed me back and told me it was alright and to keep it as a gift. I was glad. I just hope they didn't send the cd that i ordered last week. David Archuleta's new cd to someone else. if it dioesn't come in by the 17th or this Monday I will email them to see where it is at. I don't mind it being  a little late. i just like to get what i have payed for.

That's very cool. I love hearing about good customer service. There's not enough good comments on it. I like David too. I didn't want the other David to win and was bummed.

Did you double check to see the mailing address they have for you? Is there a way to track where it's at in the mail? I know a lot of sites have tracking with purchases so you can see if it's still being processed or where it's at in the mail. I'd definitely contact them if you think it may not get to you. Hope you get it soon, and that's cool you got a free CD!

Shaunee, i love David Archuleta. In a way though, I'm kind of glad that he didn't win because he obviously will get signed by a company, but he will have more time to grow into it and learn the process. For somebody as young as he is, I think that's a good thing.

Last year we got a free DVD that way. I emailed them and they said just keep it. LOL Must be cheaper than paying to have it sent back!

Yeah it must be Beverly. Now ebay I have had mix ups with them a few times and nothing got done. I was glad I still got the cd I ordered and this one. So i was a happy camper. Thanks for commenting back Beverly.
