Heavenly Heliotrope!

This week at Rainbow Connections, I've heard a lot of people muttering "What on earth is heliotrope?"

As it turned out, heliotrope is not only a very earthy hue, but a heavenly one, too.

Yes, the hills are alive with heliotrope.

Our hats are off to heliotrope.

It's a color many of us live with and love.

A color we see all around.

A color glimpsed in spots we least expect.

A color that brings new life to crumbling backdrops...

A color ripe with the scents of summer...

A color savored in every season...

This week at Rainbow Connections, we've seen heliotrope hills...

...and Heliotrope skies...

In heliotrope, we've seen a glimmer of hope.

That the dark days of winter won't last forever

For a heliotrope spring is always on the horizon.
