i'm addicted to 30 rock so I was glad to see Tina Fey make it so high.
The sooner Katy Perry takes her lifelss vocals and tiresome "bad girl" act and ends up playing state fairs and boat shows the better. BLECH!

I can't believe that Miley Cyrus didn't make the list. People were paying $1,000 or more to see her concert, her 3-D movie was a huge success, she's had at least 2 #1 albums, she's on a top-rated comedy show, and she is awesome!! I also would put Beyonce on that list.
